                    Gravity Hybrid Solar Geysers operates on electricity alone. It operates on Grid Electricity as well as Solar Electricity and not on solar thermal Radiation. Solar Energy is converted to electricity by using Polycrystalline Panels installed either on roof top or on balcony. This is transmitted to Geyser point by DC cable and fed to Specially designed energy efficient coils of Geyser. There is one more set of coils which heats the water by using Grid power when Solar power is not sufficient. In this way unwanted heating of large volume of water is eliminated. Major advantages are,
  • Even in cloudy days Solar Panels generate electricity by which water can be heated to 700 C
  • In Winter and Summer, water can be heated even up to 800 C and then used.
  • In case of additional hot water required, during night or early morning, Grid power can be used to heat any required volume of water

Polycrystalline Solar Photovoltaic panels -2 numbers of 330 Watts each, can be installed on roof top/ Balcony or any open space, total weight is 45 KG.

Geyser is installed in area of utility or in bath room. 2 DC cables of low voltage and current is to be drawn from Solar panels to Geyser and connected. Geyser is also connected to Grid Power.

This makes the Geyser a Smart geyser with complete feature available in Gravity Electric geyser a s listed below.

  1. Regular Mode –  Regular Mode helps the User to use Gravity geyser as any other Conventional Geysers, No saving of Electricity, but continuously hot water is available.
  2. Saver Mode –  Saver Mode helps the user to attain Moderate Energy Saving of 25%, in this mode, output water maintains constant set temperature and user can set 420 C and directly use it for varied applications without mixing cold water.
  3. Super Saver Mode  –  Super Saver Mode helps user to go for maximum Energy saving of 40% ( In first Cycle) and also gives hot water at constant temperature.
